Doug Morris' practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and general corporate representation of private and publicly held high technology and high-growth companies. He chairs Ater Wynne's Business Department.

Doug’s experience includes working with buyers and sellers to build and document mergers and acquisitions, and working with investors and companies to negotiate and close successful equity financings. He also advises clients regarding antitrust and trade regulation issues.
