Roger Dunaway is an experienced business and real estate attorney with more than 20 years’ legal experience and a strong dedication to client service. Roger has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar real estate transactions handling entity formation, negotiations, document preparation/review, and due diligence work. For example, Roger handled all legal issues for a regional credit union’s multiple branch expansion during a time of rapid growth. Roger previously served as Vice President/General Counsel for one of his clients and managed that company's multi-million dollar portfolio during his tenure. That experience also included international business matters involving the company's South Korean affiliates. Roger has additional experience involving commercial leasing, landlord/tenant issues and foreclosures.
Roger also has unique expertise in handling structured settlement transfers in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Roger has handled more than 750 transfers with a high success rate.
Roger and his wife have three children and live on Bainbridge Island. Roger enjoys the views of Puget Sound during his daily commute on the Washington State Ferries.
