Greg Harris

Senior Counsel

Greg Harris was an active commercial trial lawyer for his entire career.  He has also been substantively involved in all aspects of the construction industry for the last 35 years.  In the last 20 years, an increasing portion of his law practice involves service as a mediator and arbitrator of construction and commercial disputes.

Greg has represented contractors, suppliers, public and private owners, engineers and architects in all aspects of construction. His work with the Hedreen Company has broadened his experience with the practicalities of commercial issues.

Greg has been selected as project neutral, dispute review board chairman and mediator of hundreds of construction issues.  He has also served as sole arbitrator in numerous matters, ranging from disputes concerning custom homes to resolution of performance claims on projects costing hundreds of millions of dollars.

Greg is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s national Large and Complex Case Neutral Panel. For many years, was voted by his Seattle peers as a Washington Super Lawyer in the ADR field.
