Madison A. Kaplan is an associate in Ater Wynne’s Business Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law with specific emphasis on public and private securities offerings, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions. She has significant experience with securities transactions and compliance as well as a wide variety of corporate matters, including credit arrangements, corporate governance and negotiation and drafting of shareholder, partnership, limited liability, employment and other agreements.
While in law school, Madison was selected for the Alexander Fellows program by the Cardozo Faculty Clerkship Committee to serve as a full-time law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
