Ater Wynne Adds Experienced Business Attorney

Ater Wynne is pleased to announce that Amy E. Opoien has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. Amy’s work with businesses includes mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, stock redemption and stock transactions, secured lending and general commercial agreements. She is also an experienced real estate lawyer, handling all manner of leasing arrangements, residential and commercial sales and related transactions.

Amy graduated from the Willamette University School of Law, summa cum laude in 2011, where she was an Executive Editor of the Willamette Law Review. A Native Oregonian, she earned her BS in Management from Linfield College. After law school Amy worked as an associate at Saalfeld Griggs in Salem and for the past 5 years at the Sussman Shank firm in Portland. During law school, Amy clerked for the Oregon Tax Court and for the US Attorney’s office, District of Oregon.
